Privacy Policy

Intake and onboarding Procedure

Receive referral and conduct fit interview.
Complete Resident Intake Form including demographics, medical needs, benefits, and emergency contacts.
Collect required documents (ID, Insurance, court paperwork). Issue welcome packet with house rules, grievance policy, emergency contact sheet, and schedules.
Assign bed, tour the home, and introduce housemates.

House rules Policy

No violence, threats, or bullying. No drugs or alcohol on property.
Respect curfew and participate in chores.
No unauthorized guests.
Self-managed medication unless otherwise arranged.
Repeated violations may lead to discharge.

Medication Management Policy

Residents are responsible for their own medications unless otherwise arranged. Medication stored in locked area if managed by staff only.

Video, Audio, and Media consent

In effort to enhance the safety of residents, visitors, and the security of its facilities. Prosper Senior Home Solutions may implement video and audio surveillance in various areas of its premises. This surveillance may be conducted at any time and is intended to protect people, Property, and the overall security of the building. Video cameras will be strategically placed within and around Prosper Senior Home Solutions Properties, with the exception of private areas, and will be solely for safety and security purposes. The resident signature is requested to acknowledge and to provide consent to the video, audio, and media surveillance policy.

Substance & Medication Policy

No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use. Medication must be self-managed. Smoking allowed only in designated areas.

Safety & Security

No firearms, weapons, or dangerous items.
Do not tamper with safety or security equipment.
Keep doors locked; follow emergency procedures.

Personal Responsibility

Maintain personal hygiene. No expectation of care, supervision or transportation No sharing or selling belongings.

Property damage & Repair

Resident must pay for damages caused by misuse.
No unauthorized alterations to property.

Prohibited Behavior

Violence, threat illegal drug activity, or repeated rule violations may result in immediate termination.

Inspections

Provider may perform room inspections with 24-hour notice or immediately in emergencies.

Termination of Housing

Housing may be terminated for unpaid rent, repeated violations, safety risks, or exceeding independent living capabilities.

  • Furnished room/bed
  • Access to shared spaces
  • Utilities and property maintenance

Services NOT Provided

Resident acknowledges that Provider does NOT offer:

  • Assistance with personal care or mobility
  • Medication management
  • Meals

Reason Why We Do Not Require License

We provide housing only

  • Residents are independent
  • No ADL assistance
  • No personal care
  • No medication administration
  • No delegated nursing tasks
  • No suspension of impaired adults
